We loved the location of the Hotel. It is so convenience and plenty of nice foods. Beside, it is near to MRT so for travelling, it is so easy. The breakfast is just average and the hotel per night, is slightly expensive as compared to other hotels.

I have stayed several times at this hotel would not choose to stay anywhere else in Taipei.

Primarily the location. Next door to MRT Station. Local morning market, big modern supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants and a variety good street food in the immediate vicinity. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good value hotel.

The location is very good.

The location is very good. It is easy to get to the hotel from the airport. You don’t get across the city and risk getting stuck in traffic when you are in a rush to get to the airport. There several convenient stores a supermarket and a metro station about 50 m from the hotel. There are also many restaurants serving various cuisines. For those who wish to travel on public busses, the bus stops are just a stone throw away. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Taipei.

The hotel lobby and the restaurants inside do not look great but the room is clean and spacious. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The staff are very kind and helpful.

The staff are very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our two large pieces of luggage free of charge for a whole day even after we had checked-out. This service is very handy if you want to stay overnight in one of the attractions like Jiufen, near Taipei.

Room was good. Staff not too welcoming and not flexible at all. All you here is No!

The location is beside the Xingtian MRT station, which was great! The room was nice but pillows were not plump.

The staff were not flexible. I came from an early flight and they said they couldn’t give me a sleeping room while I waiting for the room I booked as the hotel was full, but if I pay for an extra night, there was one available?! What’s that??? The breakfast spread was lousy..they claim it to be European buffet but it wasnt at all. And if you miss the bacon, there won’t be a second round refill. For the price I paid, it wasn’t worth it. Will not be booking in this hotel again.

Room was spacious.

Room was spacious. Decent bath and shower with good water pressure. Conveniently located next to the MRT. Very friendly staff.

Bed was a little hard. Being charged for the water in the mini bar was a little surprising.

Great hotel if you are travel

The staff were really friendly. I love the the location as you can really get involve with the culture. The MRT was locate right beside the property and made it easy for traveling.

The bed was really hard but, it may be the normal for their culture. However, I was not able to get a good night sleep. The food was served cold which made it difficult to try foreign food.

Comfy rooms and good location

Room was acceptably clean, with sufficient bathroom and pantry anenities. Linens were clean and soft. Love their toilet seat with automatic facilities ( like that of Japan's toilets). Breakfast buffet spread had sufficient choices, and their serving time fit our early and late schedules during different days. Appreciate that the location is right across the MRT station and has nearby convenience stores and fastfood restaurants.

We just had an incident of clogged toilet bowl which they fixed promptly. Downside of the breakfast buffet is the quality of some of the food. Bread did not taste fresh and the pastries were a disappointment from the presentation. I suggest they require their front desk staff to understand and speak some common English words.
